Return conditions

We offer a 14 -day return policy , which means you have 14 days after receiving the item to request a return.

In order for the item to be accepted for return, it must be in the same condition you received it – unworn, unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging . You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package.
Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Returns via courier (Econt / Speedy)

Returns in Bulgaria are made via courier service – Econt or Speedy .

• After you request a return by email ( info@crv.bg ), you will receive instructions and the address of our office/warehouse where to send the shipment.

• You can send the shipment from an Econt/Speedy office or by courier to an address.

• The return costs are at the customer's expense, unless a defective or wrong product was delivered.

⚠️ Please send the shipment with the option for inspection , without cash on delivery.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the status of the return and refund.

Damaged or defective items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged or wrong item so that we can look into the matter and offer a solution.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Certain items are not returnable , such as:

• food products, flowers or plants,

• personalized or custom-made products,

• cosmetic and personal products,

• hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

Please contact us if you have questions about a specific product.

⚠️ Unfortunately , discounted items and gift vouchers cannot be returned .

Replace

The fastest way to receive the desired product is to return the one you have already purchased, and after approval of the return, place a new order with the correct item.

Refunds

We will notify you when we receive and inspect the returned item and inform you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days .

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or card issuer to process and reflect the amount.
